Shipping

  1. Free Shipping on All Orders over $10.
  2. All orders within the United States are shipped by USPS or UPS (determined by our warehouse based on item). Our typically delivery method is by USPS First Class Mail and arrives within 2 to 5 business days. Please allow additional delivery time during busy holiday seasons.
  3. We offer faster shipping methods on all orders: USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, UPS Orange 3-Day Select, UPS Blue 2-Day Air, UPS Red Next Day Air.
  4. For Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico, UPS Ground is not available for those shipments You must select USPS, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air for shipment to AK, HI or PR.
  5. APO addresses: APO or FPO (military) addresses will be sent by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
  6. Canada: Shipments to Canada will be sent by USPS First Class, Priority Mail, or UPS. Note that you will be responsible for any import taxes or customs duties charged. These will be collected by the mail carrier at the time of delivery. Check with local customs authorities to determine the additional cost. Watch Pavilion is not responsible or additional charges by the shipping carrier.
  7. International Orders: Due to high fraud activity, we cannot shipping to many international countries. Please contact our customer service with your location to check on delivery options. Expedited shipping is not available due to fraud and security issues. We reserve the right to cancel orders from high fraud activity areas. We can typically ship to United Kingdom (Great Britain), Australia, Canada, and most European Countries.
  8. Shipping times are business days after your order leaves our location. Ground shipments may take one to two business days to leave our facility during peak periods such as the holiday season or special sales. Our warehouse does not ship on weekends. UPS does not count Sautrday and Sunday as shipping days. USPS does not count Sunday as a shipping day.

Returns

  1. You must obtain an RMA number BEFORE sending your return by logging onto our website www.WatchPavilion.com and clicking on “Contact Us.” Please provide your email address so that we can send you the RMA number. You may also email us at service@watchpavilion.com to request an RMA number if our contact form is unavailable.
  2. If you do not call to receive an RMA number, we will not be able to process your return. Please specify a reason for return before the request can be approved by our customer service team.
  3. Watches carry a 15-day return policy and all batteries and bands cannot be returned.
  4. All returns carry a 25% restocking fee unless item was defective or exchanged for another item in equal to or greater value to the original order. (Damaged items will receive the identical item from initial purchase unless otherwise specified for exchange.) Item must be returned in BRAND NEW condition with all manuals and plastic wrap (i.e. scratches .
  5. Many watches ship with shrink wrap and right to return item is voided if broken. Opening shrink wrap acknowledges acceptance of item. Please check movement and operation before openning. If you watch did not ship with this wrapping, please ignore this.
  6. Special orders and International orders outside of the United States cannot be returned or exchanged.
  7. Returns must be sent to our warehouse address in California. Please contact us for address details. We have several warehouses, and returns are shipped to the appropriate location.
  8. Write your RMA number on the outside of your package and provide a brief note regarding the reason for return and any additional instructions. Also include your receipt (make a copy for your records) and all original packaging.
  9. All returned watches must be in brand-new condition with original manufacturer's packaging, tags, instruction booklets, warranty cards, and any other items that came with your purchase, such as accessories or free gift with purchase. Watches showing any signs of wear or use can not be returned. We will credit your card or issue a refund by check (if paid originally with check or money order) within 5 days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
  10. Do not cover the Tracking Label with shippers label, tape or any other obstruction.
  11. We highly recommend that all packages be sent “signature required” through either Federal Express Ground or UPS Ground. USPS (US Postal Service) does not provide any tracking information for their basic shipping service. Watch Pavilion is not responsible for lost items during shipment. Please do not ship via expedited delivery methods, otherwise the shipping costs will be very high.
  12. Insure the item for the value of the merchandise for protection against loss, theft, or damage prior to shipping the item back to Watch Pavilion. You are responsible for insuring your return. Watch Pavilion will not be responsible for any items not received by Watch Pavilion or items that are received in damaged condition. Keep your receipt from the carrier for your records.

Terms and Conditions

Orders placed do not constitute a legal contract until we ship the product. Acceptance of orders is subject to credit card verification procedures. We reserve the right to cancel an order if it does not meet our credit card verification standards, or we can not ship the product due to factors beyond our control.

Please note that, although rare and despite our best efforts, pricing errors may occur occasionally. In this case, we will do our best to honor the price, but may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
